Took our new Woodflame along on a two month camping trip; used it every night! Worked flawlessly, as advertised. Food tasted great, meat much juicier too. Take care, and keep up the good work. Thanks again for the great product.

I recently received your Woodflame Grill, Multi Fx model. I have use the grill twice and find it excellent. However, I could not get the Woodflame brush to clear the small holes on the outer part of the burner. So, knowing that it was only ash blocking the holes I tried vinegar, about 1/4 cup. The holes were too small, with the surface tension of the vinegar (vinegar is a solution of acetic acid, ash is made up of compounds of potassium and sodium when put in water become the bases, NaOH and KOH. These bases react with the acetic acid to form the soluable salts, sodium and potassium acetate. The vinegar was not coming in contact with the ash so I added about 1/4 cup of ethyl alcohol (vodka, all I had in the house) to lower the surface tension, voila, it worked. These chemicals will not react with the high quality stainless stell of the burner. You may want to pass along to your customers.

What a delight....... My purchase of a Woodflame grill on April 30, 1999 from The Finest Kind in Portland,Maine,USA: 1. The Finest Kind impressed me as a top drawer retailer. They were helpful, patient, informative, and fair (in fact, the best around) in their pricing from what I could tell. Kudos to you for choosing such a fine retailer for your product. 2. The grill took a few tries for me to get familiar with its idiosyncracies, but both my husband and I are VERY PLEASED with its performance. What a delight it is to be able to cook outside at a moment's notice and end up with no more clean-up than any quickly prepared indoor meal would require!

I do find my Woodflame barbecue fantastic and I use it very often, I even light it up in the morning to make my toasts. You must wonder what I am doing with a barbecue in the middle of november??? I am spending the winter in a campground in Florida and if I did get a bonus for every person that I convinced to buy a Woodflame, winter would not be so expensive!

We are thrilled with your barbecue. We use cook breakfast, lunch and supper on our Delecto. My girlfriend has had hers for five years and believe me, you your barbecues age well. There's nothing like having supper on a boat, watching the sun go down.

We purchased our Gusto about three weeks ago. I have never EVER enjoyed barbecuing so much. We are just two people so a gas BBQ was not for us. When I saw the Gusto at Canadian Tire, I fell in love with it! And even more when I tried it. Easy to use, easy to clean, easy to store. And the way the food tastes: incomparable! The funniest part: we got $75 back at the corner store when we returned two bottles of gas! The Gusto is a sheer marvel. Thank you!

I have just bought this new BBQ! It is a little gem!!! No need to use propane any more, and above all, no more running out of propane! It is also very "user friendly". Congratulations! I love cooking on this BBQ. Thank you Woodflame!

I recently purchased your Woodflame barbecue, I think it's great and I can't wait to use it. I had no trouble assembling it. Best wishes and congratulations on your invention. No more charcoal! I am scared of cooking with gas and have never owned that kind of barbecue, I think they are dangerous. A great big welcome for Woodflame!

I have bought one of your products and will be giving it to my dad for Father's Day tomorrow. I am very impressed with the quality, the intelligent design and how well it is packed (tongs, cleaning tools and even the wood is supplied...). I am proud to welcome your company to St-Jean-sur-Richelieu and will be delighted to tell people about your product.

At the weekend, I had a wonderful experience: licking the spatula in the bush with the family, using my Woodflame... Recipe: 500 ml of maple syrup per person and a deep pot. Keep it on the boil by adjusting the blower and/or grates to keep it at the right temperature... When the taffy is thick enough and stops sinking into the snow, serve it on snow to your guests. Mix the rest of the taffy to make soft sugar they'll love it. Don't forget the chips and peanuts. Melt some snow in the pan to clean it; when you get home, all it needs is a good wash. The whole process took about three hours and less than a kilo of wood. Your barbecue is awesome...
