I recently received your Woodflame Grill, Multi Fx model. I have use the grill twice and find it excellent. However, I could not get the Woodflame brush to clear the small holes on the outer part of the burner. So, knowing that it was only ash blocking the holes I tried vinegar, about 1/4 cup. The holes were too small, with the surface tension of the vinegar (vinegar is a solution of acetic acid, ash is made up of compounds of potassium and sodium when put in water become the bases, NaOH and KOH. These bases react with the acetic acid to form the soluable salts, sodium and potassium acetate. The vinegar was not coming in contact with the ash so I added about 1/4 cup of ethyl alcohol (vodka, all I had in the house) to lower the surface tension, voila, it worked. These chemicals will not react with the high quality stainless stell of the burner. You may want to pass along to your customers.Robert D. Conrad, D.V.M., Ph.D.

I do find my Woodflame barbecue fantastic and I use it very often, I even light it up in the morning to make my toasts. You must wonder what I am doing with a barbecue in the middle of november???
