Place a cube of hardwood on the burning Starter.

Wait 1 minute, and then turn on the blower.

The grill is ready to cook on in 2 minutes.

Use any hardwood (maple, oak, apple, etc.).

The blower speed controls the heat.

Provides the heat of a 60,000 Btu barbecue. Grill temperature exceeds 537°C (1,000°F).

Heats the entire grill surface.
